In-Home NP: Wellness Visits

Gilder Search Group is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare members. These visits are conversational, education-focused, and do not involve prescribing or treatment plans; you control your schedule and work independently in patients' homes.

This role offers flexible weekday and weekend options, mileage reimbursement, an iPad tablet, liability insurance, and pre-scheduled patient appointments, with training and credentialing support.
