Now Hiring Order Fulfillment/Packaging Technician
Our Pharma is looking for an individual to join as full-time Order Fulfillment/Packaging Technician. This position will work collaboratively with fulfillment team members to process and coordinate the movement of finished products to fulfill Our Pharma's sales orders.
Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Communicate with customer service team and/or customers regarding order status (delays, partial fills, etc.)
- Accurately pick customer orders according to product code, lot number, and quantity requested and move completed orders to packing lines for a secondary check. Report any discrepancies and/or damages to a Supervisor.
- Check picked orders for accuracy of lot numbers, quantities and document completion if completing a secondary check.
- Accurately pack customer orders according to products requested on order form. Pack completed orders per SOPs in such a manner as to protect the product from loss or damage.
- Complete shipping process by accurately scanning sales orders, selecting appropriate shipping option(s), applying primary shipping labels, and applying auxiliary labels, when applicable.
- Place completed, packaged items in the appropriate location for storage until courier pickup.
- Follow with strict adherence to all relevant SOPs, cGMPs, batch records and other controlling documentation when performing activities.
- Maintain a current and comprehensive working knowledge of relevant procedures and policies.
- Follow with strict adherence to all relevant security and access control procedures as it relates to controlled substance finished goods access.
- Participate in organizing and storing necessary documentation for each sales order.
- Accurately allocate released inventory to sales orders via ERP system. Assists in inventory management through electronic inventory system. Assists with the facilitation of shipping studies as needed.
