Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Fayetteville, AR Area for a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continual improvements in manufacturing quality. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting audits, analyzing quality data, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to solve quality-related issues and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in quality control systems, quality assurance processes, and statistical analysis
  • Experience in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills
  • Problem-solving skills, including expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with internal teams and clients
  • Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, including PCB assembly, plastic molding, and product testing
  • Familiarity with ISO certifications and Lean Six Sigma methodology is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality management are a plus
