Support bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department financial goals, cleanliness, and equipment safety.;
Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation, damages, reworks, and supply use.;
Support merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signage, displays, sampling, and zoning.;
Assist in fresh food preparation and production maintaining safety standards and counters.;
Help define issues and use critical thinking to resolve department challenges.
