Ambassadors for a multi-week activation celebrating our client's premium haircare brane in celebration of Club América’s visit to Northwest Arkansas for Golden Clash 2026.This is a unique chance to combine retail, community engagement, and live events centered on Hispanic culture, fútbol, and premium beauty brands.

This is a weekend-based, project role running from March 6 through March 28, 2026. You will support a combination of in-store demos, local community activations, and a large-scale game day experience.

• $24 - $26 per hour - Weekly Pay - Direct Deposit
• Net 7 - no wait for pay!
• Weekend-focused scheduling between March 6 – March 28, 2026
• Locations include Rogers, Springdale, Bentonville, and Fayetteville
• Hours vary based on event and store schedules

• Conduct live demonstrations of amazing haircare products at local retailers
• Educate customers and provide personalized recommendations
• Drive product sales through one-on-one engagement
• Support multiple retail locations across Northwest Arkansas

• Support a large-scale activation at Razorback Stadium
• Assist with tent and booth setup and breakdown
• Engage with high volumes of fans in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver an energetic, positive brand experience throughout the event on behalf of our haircare client
• Engage with diverse audiences in a way that feels authentic and welcoming
• Help create a strong connection between the brand, fútbol, and the community

We’re looking for individuals who bring energy, confidence, and a genuine interest in engaging with people. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of live events and can represent a brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Comfortable approaching and talking to customers
• Sales-minded and motivated to drive results
• Interest in beauty, haircare, or product demonstrations
• Excited to help build awareness of hispanic brands
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Available to work weekends throughout the program
• Able to work outdoors during game day
• Able to assist with light setup and breakdown (up to 25 lbs)

Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required. A rockstar is a rockstar!

Experience in brand ambassador work, retail demos, or beauty advising is highly preferred.
