C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in finding products and deliver outstanding customer service; actively promotes company products and services;
Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems and pick merchandise orders, and acknowledge completion; accurately pack orders and manage Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities;
Research order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in; assist with organization and maintenance of stock area; process order deliver and return transactions on the register;
Partners with Merchandise Associates/Assistants to replenish store and inventory; participate in annual inventory process;
Meet established performance standards including Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
