Compensation

Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs. They also ensure home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are fully paid by Walmart.
