Join our freezer, cooler, and deli team at Sam’s Club. You will keep shelves stocked, maintain operational and sanitary conditions of freezers and coolers, and provide friendly customer service in the deli department. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one.

• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members.
• Maintain shelves clean, temperature controlled, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality foods.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, member‑ready area.
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, handle hazardous materials, and follow forklift spotting procedures.
• Handle returns, zoning, and pricing merchandise. Complete required audits, logs, and documentation.
• Assist members by acknowledging them, locating merchandise, providing deli products, resolving concerns, and promoting the company’s products.
• Operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors; report issues to management.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods.
• Pass an overall background check.

• Experience in stocking and customer service.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a solution‑seeking mindset.
• Comfortable with change and quick to adapt to different work scenarios.
• Curious, creative thinker who drives out‑of‑box improvement.
