Position: (USA) Personal Shopper - Sam's

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, and determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities.

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying them in executing business processes and practices. Acts with humility, honesty, fairness and transparency, serves customers and members by delivering results while putting the customer first, and makes decisions based on reliable information, balances short‑ and long‑term priorities, and considers how work impacts the team’s ability to deliver on the purpose for all stakeholders.

Strives for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, demonstrating courage, driving continuous improvements, and staying open to and using new technologies and skills while supporting others through change.

  • Competitive pay: $17.00 - $25.00/hr
    * and additional premiums of $0.35 – $3.00 per hour as applicable.
