Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with team members;
Prepare food according to item specifications and plan for future productions and seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment;
Leverage handheld digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use tools to support production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and ensuring product quality with the member in mind;
Drive area performance through stocking and rotating merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues;
Act as a brand ambassador; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, team-oriented style; identify roadblocks and assist in training others; comply with company policies and ethics; complete tasks and communicate progress; adapt to change and feedback.
