About the Position
Full‑time Outside Commercial Salesman in Fayetteville, NC. Competitive unlimited pay plus full benefit package:

Results‑driven Outside Sales personnel who actively seek and engage prospective clients, selling commercial, industrial, agriculture, intermodal, OTR‑earthmover, and retread tires, road hazard and recommended services, building long‑term loyalty and driving sales and profitability.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and regularly contact prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and interests.
- Answer product, price, availability, use, and credit term questions; solicit new accounts and work on unsold and existing accounts.
- Maintain margin and sales volume to meet objectives.
- Work with car dealer parts and service departments; assist dealers with warranty claims and point‑of‑sale.
- Plan and hold tire events.
- Collect past‑due accounts and manage expenses.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs.
- Identify prospective customers using directories, existing client leads, organization participation, and trade shows and conferences.
- Arrange and direct delivery and installation of products and equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year related experience in tire sales preferred, 2‑year college degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Indoor work; exposure to outside weather. Must stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, move more than 100 lbs.
