Companies has part‑time Territory Sales Representative opportunities representing Dell.

Responsibilities
  • Sell, train, merchandise, and promote Dell and Alienware Laptops, Desktops, AIO, Monitors, and accessories in regional and national retailers.
  • Ensure retail sales associates have the latest product information and can effectively demonstrate the products.
  • Visit retail stores on a rotating and systematic weekly schedule to deliver consistent messaging.
  • Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates and Leadership.
  • Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
  • Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market, visiting retailers on a weekly schedule.
  • Guide consumers with the latest product information during purchase decisions.
  • Coordinate group trainings and execute them.
  • Attend bi‑annual meetings for training and enrichment with the client partner.
  • Work closely with store associates and management to build relationships.
Performance Measurements
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
  • Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
  • Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
  • Effectively execute sales activities at each location during all visits.
  • Maintain an ongoing ability to establish, maintain, and influence business relationships through increased shelf space, product placement, and consistent productivity.
  • Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products (preferred).
  • 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
  • Strong multi‑tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.
  • Travel within 70 miles of ideal market zip code with occasional travel to other markets.
  • Must have reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.
