Job Description
- Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
- Customer interaction – Getting customer purchase Order, review of Purchase Order with planner and engineering support team, Sending PO Acknowledgement and delivery plan to customer,3 months forcast review and follow-up.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information.
- Scheduling of Domestic and International orders.
- Customer Order Priority Management.
- Tracking action for availability of raw material and other resources for production.
- Release work order USING ERP as per sales order

5 to 15 Years in Electronics Industry. Preferred
