Dual Director of Sales

Helix Hospitality is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Dual Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for two Choice Hotels properties in the Bentonville/Rogers market
.

Northwest Arkansas continues to be one of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets in the country, and we're looking for a sales leader who knows how to turn opportunity into results.

• Lead the overall sales strategy and execution for two hotels
• Develop new corporate, group, project and extended-stay business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts throughout Northwest Arkansas
• Identify new business opportunities through consistent prospecting and market engagement
• Partner closely with hotel General Managers to maximize revenue and market share
• Manage account production, sales activities, pipelines and property-level sales strategies
• Work alongside another Helix Director of Sales at a sister property in the market
  , creating a collaborative regional sales approach

We're looking for someone who is hungry to sell, comfortable getting out into the market and motivated by results. The right person won't simply wait for leads to come through the door—they'll actively build relationships, uncover opportunities and find business.

Hotel sales experience is preferred, but just as important is a strong understanding of relationship-based selling, accountability and follow-through.
