Job Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
- You will be assigned leads from customers that have already expressed an interest in a quote by contacting us either online or over the phone previously.
- This position is primarily a phone based position that will be handling incoming calls as needed and making at least 150-200 outgoing calls per day.
- Sales aptitude a must.
- UNLIMITED bonus earning potential.
- Individual must be driven and willing to work in a competitive environment.
- All associates are expected to generate word of mouth referrals to help build a local referral network.
- You will be required to have a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license for this position within the first 30 days of employment.
