Role Description The New Home Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Fayetteville, AR, responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the new home sales process. Day-to-day activities include greeting and qualifying visitors, conducting model home tours, presenting community features, and explaining product options and pricing. The role involves managing sales contracts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth closing process, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems.

The New Home Consultant will follow up with leads, nurture relationships with real estate agents and local partners, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions. This position also requires staying current on market trends, competitor offerings, and Lennar’s Everything’s Included features to provide informed guidance to buyers.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse buyers.
  • Proven experience in New Home Sales or related real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Solid Sales capabilities, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing techniques.
  • Experience in Training, coaching, or presenting information clearly to buyers and partners.
  • Effective Negotiation skills to navigate pricing, incentives, and contract terms while aligning with company guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or sales management systems; ability to quickly learn new technology platforms.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability, with a commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed to support community traffic and sales activity.
  • Real estate license or homebuilding sales experience is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further education in business or marketing is a plus.
