• verify credentials; grant access to authorized personnel and deny or escort unauthorized individuals.
• maintain stationary posts and conduct regular interior/exterior patrols.
• react swiftly to alarms or disturbances; summon law enforcement as needed.
• document all incidents with clear verbal briefings and comprehensive written reports.

• project a professional, high-visibility presence to discourage criminal activity.
• observe and report suspicious behavior or safety hazards.
• interact with people on the post and de-escalate potential threats.

• interact courteously with clients, visitors, and staff, upholding safehaven security group’s standard of service.

• preferred: 2 years as a credentialed cso/csso or prior military/law‑enforcement service.

• valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• ability to pass a 10‑panel drug screen plus state & fbi background checks (felonies and most class a misdemeanors disqualify).

• high school diploma or ged.

• able to walk, stand, and climb stairs for extended periods.

• strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
