Overview
We’re seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Electrical Apprentices in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and building a long-term trade career.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in electrical rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire
Install trim components such as plugs, switches, lighting, and fixtures
Carry tools and materials to support lead electricians and the crew
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite by cleaning work areas and equipment
Communicate progress, issues, and solutions with supervisors and team members
Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and division manager
Follow company safety rules and promptly correct or report hazards
Take direction effectively and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Team-oriented attitude with dependable attendance
Preferred:
Electrical experience and knowledge of the current National Electric Code (NEC)Preferred:
Ability to read and understand blueprintsStrong communication and problem-solving skills
Bi-lingual skills are a plus
This position is physically active and requires the ability to:
Lift and carry materials and tools up to 50 lbs regularly
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday
Work safely on ladders and in elevated areas
Perform repetitive motions such as pulling wire, drilling, fastening, and installing components
Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy construction environments
Work in tight spaces such as utility rooms, attics, crawl spaces, and wall cavities
Maintain good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
