Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Groups Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industry;
Perform preventive maintenance tasks;
Document work performed and parts used; submit daily upon completion with notes and materials needed;
Routinely perform basic appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work to prepare apartments for turnover;
Promote good public relations with residents, service staff, contractors, and management
