Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ford Diesel Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced diesel engines and related systems in both customer and dealership-owned vehicles. Pay Range:$25 – $50 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and productivity)

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, including Ford Power Stroke systems
Perform routine maintenance and advanced mechanical repairs
Use diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot complex issues
Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
Maintain compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
Qualifications:
3+ years of diesel technician or diesel mechanic experience
Experience with Ford diesel engines (Power Stroke preferred)
ASE Certification (preferred but not required)
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
