iFOAM of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Lead Spray Technician to act as the senior installer on each job site. You will operate spray polyurethane foam equipment, apply product to spec, and direct a small crew through the job.
This role requires deep technical knowledge of SPF application, equipment operation and on-site safety. You will lead a crew of 1–3, read specs to determine foam type and thickness, and ensure quality workmanship and safety standards on residential and commercial projects
