Role Description NOW HIRING Field Supervisor

This is not a clipboard job.

The Field Supervisor at Any Concrete Cutting is a working leader. You still cut as a Lead Tech about 70% of the time. The other 30% is why the seat exists: crews leave the shop ready, the cut is right the first time, the site is left clean, and the day is documented so the company can recover what it earns.

You report to the ACC Division Manager. You supervise assigned Lead Techs and cutting crews. You own safety, quality, productivity, and morale on every job under your charge.

What you actually do

• Shop-out readiness. Job packet, tools, blades/bits, water, power, inspected truck — before the gate.
• Stay connected. Phone check-in with each assigned tech at least once a day. No crew runs dark.
• Daily field report to the Division Manager. Status, what went well, what to fix, anything that could become a client problem.
• Site visits for estimating support and execution planning. Walk the cut. Confirm scope. Stop and call if the line is wrong.
• Develop your Lead Techs. Strengths, gaps, a written plan, documented training.
• Own the safety culture. Daily JSA. Wet cut. GFCI on every electric tool. Silica controls. Stop-work authority that gets used.
• Own the quality and commercial record. Cut to the line. Photos before / during / after. Same-day ticket. Correct cost code. Customer sign-off. Billable closeout inside 3 business days.
• Keep cutting. You lead from the saw.

The work

• Core drilling. Slab, wall, and hand sawing. Selective demo. Haul-off. Northwest Arkansas home base. Anytime, anywhere when the job calls.

Who should apply

You have already run the saw and owned a crew’s result. You can put in a production day and still write a clean report that night. You will not cover for sloppy work, missing tickets, or a dark crew. You treat safety as the job, not a meeting.
