Summary of

Job Duties:

An Plumber Apprentice will help licensed skilled tradesmen and learn to install trade related components in campus buildings; trade specific skills related to trouble-shooting, repairs and other duties within each Trade function. An apprentice will participate in training and demonstrate a willingness to learn a craft such as:
Plumbing.

Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
At least 18 years of age

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in the various trade areas
Skilled in the use of operation and care of tools and machinery
Ability to learn to perform manual labor under varying working conditions
Ability to understand and follow oral instructions
