Job Summary:Functioning as a member of the Case Management team for Veteran's Treatment Court and Drug and Diversion Court, the Case Worker/Manager in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the management of services for the assigned population throughout the continuum of care.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required, this position is subject to pre-employment and reasonable suspicion testing and if a promotional position, candidate must pass an assignment drug test.
