HR GENERALIST- Recruitment:
Recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential applicants, documentation, and joining formalities. - Training and Development:
Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training, encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events, and issuing UPDATED training certificates after completion of the training. - HR Administration:
Preparing final settlements, leave salary, maintaining personal files of employees, tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, issuing letters, communicating HR policies, and keeping track of confirmation, appraisals, and increments of employees.begin. - Employee Engagement:
Effectively managing welfare measures, managing all organizational events, organizing activities on all the festivals, and promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict‑free workplace. - Employee Relations
Activities:
Gathering employee feedback and presenting to management with suggestions, handling employee grievances, mentoring and counseling employees, calculating and ensuring that salaries are done on time. - Exit Formalities:
Handling a thorough exit process of employees including issuing relieving letters and experience letters. - Skills:
