Job Description

Rogers Group is seeking a candidate to fill our position as an Off Road Haul Truck Driver at our quarry in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating rigid frames and/or articulated haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
Responsibilities- Operate haul trucks to move material from pit to crusher.
- Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
- Perform some plant maintenance.
- Communicate effectively as required.
- Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
- Properly follow all company policies and MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
- Dedication to safe work practices.
- Previous experience operating both articulated and rigid frame haul trucks preferred.
- Previous experience in plant/equipment maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform general laborer and clean-up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed/directed.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen.
