JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all delivery equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product as instructed.
• Perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly; use a calculator as needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly.

TRAINING

Orientation and training provided on the job.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F or higher in some work areas.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Carrying:
  Lift, carry, and transport pizzas and beverages during delivery; occasionally lift cases of ingredients weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Walking:
  Travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
• Climbing:
  Navigate five or more flights of stairs as needed.
• Standing, walking, and reaching are continuous tasks; stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting occur as required.
• Hand tasks:
  Continuous eye‑hand coordination, manipulation of pizza dough, peels, and tools; frequent pinching and forceful use of forearms and wrists.

DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

• Deliver product by car to the door of the customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
