Domino’s Delivery Driver

We’re looking for dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our fast-paced team. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of Domino’s, safely delivering orders and providing friendly service while supporting the store team during deliveries.

The compensation structure combines hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement:

• $11.00 per hour while working inside the store
• $5.50 per hour while dispatched on deliveries
• Average tips of approximately $8-$10 per hour, paid daily
• Mileage compensation paid daily
• All combined, drivers can earn $25+ per hour

Actual tip earnings may vary based on shift timing, customer volume, location, and other factors.

• Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders to homes, businesses, apartments, and other locations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards.
• Navigate delivery routes and manage time effectively.
• Handle cash and customer payments accurately.
• Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the store.
• Assist with store tasks between deliveries, including answering phones, taking orders, preparing food, stocking ingredients and supplies, and cleaning work areas.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Reliable access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Able to manage time, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Carry pizzas, beverages, and orders.
• Navigate stairs and multi-story buildings.
• Bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Work in varying weather and temperature conditions.
