CDL A Regional Drivers

Overview

CDL A Regional Drivers No Touch Freight Home Weekly (Full Time). Type of Job: OTR Van.

• Starting pay: $0.65 per mile (CPM) with an average of 2100–2400+ miles per week, for an average weekly pay of $1500–$1610+.
• All freight is no touch; 40% is drop and hook.

• Drivers are home every week. Weekend home time is not guaranteed; drivers must be available to drive Sundays.

• Trucks include 2023–2027 Freightliners or Internationals with forward-facing campers; all trucks are automatic.
• Trucks are assigned to drivers and can be taken home. Speed limits: 65 mph pedal, 68 mph cruise.

• Full medical, dental, and vision insurance begin on the first of the month after 60 days.
• 401(k) starts at 90 days.
• One week of paid vacation after one year, two weeks after two years.

• Riders and small dogs are allowed from day one. Rider must be 12 years or older and dog must be 50 lbs. or less.

• Orientation is 2–3 days. Company pays transportation, hotel, and meals; orientation pay is $200 per day.

• 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 24 months.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (in CMV and PMV). No more than one moving violation in the last 12 months in a CMV.
• No major moving violations in the last 36 months (examples include 15+ violations, cell phone usage, careless/reckless driving, following too closely, or improper lane violations).
• No DOT-preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
