Dart Transit is hiring experienced CDL-A Lease Operators looking for high-paying owner operator jobs, flexible schedules, and the ability to choose your own freight. This is a true no forced dispatch trucking job where you control your routes, miles, and income.

• 75% of line haul pay (high percentage pay structure)
• Average $1,500 – $2,000 weekly pay
• No forced dispatch – pick your own loads

• Lease Purchase (NOI), Lease Operators (OPI), and Owner Operators are now paid in fuel for orientation:
  • $250 in fuel after completion of orientation
  • $250 in fuel during week 2 of employment
  • Total of $500 in fuel

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer experience;
Ability to work independently and manage loads;
Strong time management and communication skills
