Construction Laborer

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Oversee and perform spotting for construction equipment, including lifts and other machinery, to ensure safe operation around workers and materials.;
Guide drivers and machine operators while they are loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the construction site.;
Monitor work areas to help ensure individuals working with machines adhere to established safety standards and site rules.;
Support driver management by directing vehicle movement, coordinating entry and exit points, and helping prevent congestion and unsafe conditions.;
Assist with site cleanup by removing debris, organizing materials, and keeping walkways and work zones clear and safe.
