Construction Safety Manager 3 | Atlanta, GA

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 3 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Safety team supporting hyperscale data center construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Construction Safety Manager 3

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $74.79 - $80.55/hour

• Conduct regular site safety inspections and document field observations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses (RCA), implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in construction coordination and safety meetings while collaborating with project teams and lease partners.
• Perform field audits, identify hazards, and drive continuous safety improvements across active construction sites.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and support safety initiatives for hyperscale data center construction projects.

• 5+ years of construction safety experience, including experience on Data Center, mission-critical, hyperscale, or industrial/commercial construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience with electrical safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), in construction environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• 5+ years of experience performing field safety audits and hazard identification on active construction sites.
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
