Job Summary

The Enrollment and Partnership Manager is responsible for the strategic management of all aspects of student recruitment, partnerships, and inter-institutional collaboration for the state-wide academic unit. This role involves developing, executing, and evaluating recruitment strategies, building and sustaining relationships with industry partners, and acting as the primary liaison between the various campuses and stakeholders involved in the academic consortium.

Responsibilities Consortial and academic management
  • Inter-campus coordination:
    Facilitate regular meetings and manage communication among faculty and administration at the various university campuses participating in the film and entertainment consortium. This ensures curriculum alignment, resource sharing, and a consistent student experience across the system.
  • Curriculum coordination:
    Collaborate with academic leaders to align program offerings, ensuring courses and pathways meet system-wide quality standards and industry relevance.
  • Resource sharing:
    Work closely with the Operations and Logistics Manager to help coordinate the logistics of shared resources, such as specialized equipment, production facilities, or industry software licenses, managing access for students and faculty across different campuses.
  • Reporting and analysis:
    Provide reports to system-level and campus leadership on the effectiveness of consortial programs, including enrollment data, resource utilization, and student outcomes.
Recruitment and enrollment
  • Develop recruitment strategy:
    Design and implement a state-wide recruitment plan to attract a diverse and qualified student body to the film and entertainment programs. This includes crafting targeted messaging and marketing materials.
  • Outreach and engagement:
    Manage and coordinate outreach activities to high schools, technical colleges, community colleges, and other institutions to build a strong talent pipeline. This may involve visiting schools, organizing workshops, and representing the consortium at college fairs.
  • Admissions coordination:
    Work with admissions offices at each campus to streamline the application process for prospective students interested in the consortial programs.
  • Event management:
    Plan and execute system-wide recruitment events, such as open houses, portfolio workshops, and information sessions for prospective students and their families.
