Job Overview
:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service/Order Processor for our Fayetteville, GA location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with customers and sales representatives via email and phone. Also, accurately process orders, providing freight quotes, invoicing, and ensuring timely shipping and receiving of products.
- Accurately process incoming orders using Sage 300 system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Check stock and provide accurate freight quotes.
- Track shipments
- Handle return requests
- Dependable and Punctual.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes and/or customer service is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Previous office experience is a must.
