Bartender

Previous hospitality experience2 years of bartending experience in high volume bar or restaurant

General knowledge of cocktail crafting and mixology fundamentals

Excellent customer service skills Strong communications skills, both verbal and written Ability to use technology, e.g., tablets, iPads, computers, and POSExperience working on a team Ability to work quickly in a clean, organized, and effective manner

Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, including ingredients, preparations, and accompaniments

Curate guests’ bar experience by making recommendations based on guest preferences and needs

Maintain knowledge of beverages including beer, wine, and liquor Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability to bend Ability to lift, pull 50 lbs Ability to communicate clearly

Ability to work long hours as needed

Work on multiple tasks, making appropriate progress towards deadlines

Ability to work effectively in stressful, high pressure situations

Ability to effectively handle challenges in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
