$52,000 - $62,000 per year

Culin Art Group operates over 250 onsite corporate, higher education, private school, healthcare and destination recreation/leisure dining facilities in 18 states. Services include cafés, coffee bars, concessions, executive dining, catering, conference dining, social catering/special events, office coffee service, and vending. As a Retail Manager III
, you will support the General Manager in ensuring operational success. Responsibilities include adhering to client culture, Health Department regulations, company standards and policies, motivating, training, developing, and directing all employees to meet customer and client expectations.

• Manage day‑to‑day service of the operation.
• Plan and supervise special functions, maintain cash controls and payroll records, and oversee hiring of frontline team members.
• Direct and train staff to provide scheduled retail services.
• Complete all daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2 years of retail operational management experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Retail marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience with cash retail operations.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
