As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our facility's appearance and functionality. From routine tasks to skilled repairs, your contributions will directly impact the comfort and well-being of our residents and staff.

• Keeping the building and grounds safe, and orderly.
• Maintaining and repairing basic functions of the center.
• Taking responsible care of tools and equipment.
• Conducting minor repairs on various elements within the facility.
• Handling equipment maintenance such as HVAC filters and emergency systems.
• Being available on-call for assigned 24‑hour periods.

• Previous experience in Long‑Term Care (LTC) is preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry.
• A strong willingness to learn and contribute to our team.
