What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leading day-to-day operations of a diesel repair shop to ensure efficient workflows
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a team of diesel repair technicians
  • Ensuring high-quality repairs, safety compliance, and consistent service standards
  • Communicating clearly with customers—providing estimates and explaining repair processes
  • Identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime
  • Maintaining an organized, safe, and productive shop environment
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating parts ordering
  • Building a positive culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and growth

  • Previous management experience is helpful but not required
