Job Description

CNA DAY CLASSES START MONTHLY

Become a Certified Nurse Aide in just four weeks. Classes are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 1:15 pm and 1:30 - 6:00 pm. Classroom and Hands-on Training (Lab). Job placement assistance is provided.

Qualifications

Admission Requirements

High School graduate and diploma or have satisfied the requirements through the general education development (GED)

Two (2) Forms of identification: one (1) must have a valid Social Security Card, and one (1) must be a government‑issued picture identification () card.

TB (PPD) Skin Test (Available @ SHCS for $25)

All physicals must be up to date (within one year)

Hepatitis B Vaccine or signed waiver (Vaccine may be obtained at Local health dept. or private physician). The waiver can be signed at school.
