Responsibilities

Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care across all patient ages, address operational issues during shifts, provide clinical care as needed, and communicate patient, departmental, and staff concerns to leadership. Serve as a resource and guidance for nursing staff.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of a nursing program.
• Experience:
  
  At least one year of hospital-based nursing experience; two or more years preferred.
• Licensure:
  Current Registered Nurse license in the state, with BLS certification.
• Additional:
  Bachelor's degree and advanced specialty certification preferred; demonstrated clinical competency.
