Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, occupational safety, data center operations, or a related field. Strong understanding of EHS principles, safety regulations, and best practices. Experience conducting investigations, audits, inspections, or safety assessments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collect, interpret, and present data to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. High ethical standards, professionalism, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field. Experience supporting safety programs in data centers, manufacturing, construction, mission-critical environments, or industrial facilities.
OSHA certifications or other relevant safety credentials. Experience developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.

Job Description
Location:
Onsite at various Data Centers across West, Southwest, South Metro Atlanta. Travel:
Candidate must have their own reliable form of transportation to travel from site to site as needed. Compensation: $40/hr to $45/hr.

Overview
We are seeking a motivated Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator/Specialist to support safety initiatives within a fast-paced data center environment. This individual will help drive a culture of safety, ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, conduct safety investigations, and partner with operations teams to identify and mitigate workplace risks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about creating safe working environments while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities Support and promote Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs, policies, and procedures. Conduct safety inspections, audits, investigations, and risk assessments. Identify hazardous conditions, unsafe work practices, and potential compliance concerns, and recommend corrective actions. Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and documentation of findings. Track and analyze safety data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and operational teams. Partner with site leadership to implement safety initiatives and corrective action plans. Facilitate safety meetings, trainings, and presentations for individuals and groups. Research and recommend improvements to safety programs, processes, and procedures. Maintain accurate records, reports, budgets, and compliance documentation. Support policy development and implementation efforts across the organization. Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
