Role Summary

A full-service greeting team member committed to serving guests.

• Greets and interacts with guests as they enter and leave the restaurant
• Answers telephone and answers questions or directs calls to the appropriate staff member
• Manages the wait list and escorts guests to their appropriate table
• Takes guest tickets and retrieves guest orders
• Processes guest payments accurately and maintains an accurate cash drawer
• Maintains adequate stock of menus, supplies, and silverware
• Cleans various areas of the restaurant, including tables, counters, floors, and trash bins
• Assists other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant management

• No Experience Necessary
• Customer-friendly demeanor and willingness to serve
• Able to stand for prolonged periods (entire shift), walk, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects, as needed
• Able to maintain positive energy throughout shift with an outgoing, friendly, and patient attitude
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, team environment with a sense of urgency in getting things done
• Able to think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and arrive to work at the scheduled time
• Demonstrates unquestionable integrity
