Learn and perform in-store service, manage inventory replenishment (ordering and stocking), generate weekly credits, provide exceptional customer service within a defined territory inside high volume national account stores;
Cover service calls when regular service representatives are away or on vacation;
Perform full service at 2-3 stores per day including cleaning, stock straightening, stocking, culling, merchandising, ordering, and customer interaction;
Complete merchandising projects and resets of Woodgrain products in stores as assigned by area manager
