At Home - 305A Pavilion Parkway - Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of visual merchandising processes in designated zones and lead transitions, reinventions, and resets to maintain visual standards and drive sales;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workloads and tasks as delegated to achieve sales goals and guest engagement;
Participate in freight processes, stock, and end-cap maintenance to keep zones neat and organized;
Coach and develop team members on visual merchandising priorities and customer experience;
Review store scorecard data and act within zones to improve metrics and ensure signing/sets are up to date
