Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Commercial Evaluator / Outside Sales position for commercial accounts. To Establish mutually beneficial relationships for commercial pest control. This includes working with Food Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, Food Processing, Manufacturing and Retail industries. The position requires knowledge of successful sales activities including cold calling, relationship building, needs analysis, proposing solutions and proper closing techniques. Pipeline management and follow‑up are also essential. You will work independently with limited supervision while collaborating with a team.

You must achieve long‑ and short‑term sales goals.

• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Current driver’s license

• Basic math skills
