- Install Cat6 network cabling and pre-terminated single-mode and multi-mode fiber
- Work with LC and MPO fiber connectors
- Dress, route, and organize cables using proper wire‑management standards, including ladder racks and cable trays
- Rack and stack network switches, servers, and additional data center hardware
- Accurately label all cables and components to maintain clean documentation
- Read and interpret data center layouts, rack elevations, network diagrams, and technical blueprints
- Ensure all work follows industry standards for quality, safety, airflow, and reliability
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on data center or technical environment experience
- Experience installing Cat6 cabling and fiber optic cabling (pre‑terminated preferred)
- Familiarity with LC and MPO connectors
- Working knowledge of telecom and data networking infrastructure
- BICSI, lift certifications, and OSHA training are a plus
- Must have basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi‑vis vest, steel‑toe boots)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and workmanship
- Willingness to travel locally within Georgia as needed
