We are looking for a reliable and collaborative leader to manage a crew of 11‑25 technicians in the data center industry. This is hard work but offers a great opportunity for growth.

• Foreman level (Journeyman level licensing)
• 5‑7 years of experience in telecom/DAS
• Manage a crew of 11‑25 people
• Conduct toolbox talks and productive whiteboard meetings
• Maintain crew timesheets
• Maintain knowledge of multiple disciplines (Fire Alarm, Telecom, Security, Electrical)
• Prepare daily reports, logs, and schedule updates
• Receive entry‑level leadership and communication training
• Maintain company‑owned equipment (company first mentality)

• Cable, Cat5, Cabling, Cable installation, Punchdown
• Works well with techs, PMs and leadership team
• Intermediate level experience

Pay Range: $32.00 – $37.00/hour
