Carpenter
Formwork Carpenter (Concrete):
Construct and assemble formwork systems for concrete foundations, walls, columns, and slabs. Precisely cut, measure and install construction materials using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for carpentry tasks. Install anchor bolts, steel embed plates, and other fixtures in formwork. Removal and wrecking of formwork after concrete has cured. General knowledge and ability to interpret construction drawings and documents.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years commercial carpentry experience required. Work in compliance with safety protocols and enforce the company standards. Perform work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Ability to work at elevated heights and lift up to 75 pounds. Strong work ethic and commitment to safety on the jobsite. Commitment to train, mentor, and share knowledge and skills with apprentices or junior carpenters.
