Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial HVAC Technician to perform service and maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. This position requires you to be fully competent in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems across industrial and commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
- Execute routine preventive maintenance on scheduled service calls.
- Work on packaged RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, air handlers, and control systems.
- Document any maintenance and repairs.
- Follow all safety standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC service.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot complex control systems.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
- Capable of managing daily calls with minimal supervision.
