Overview
This position will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end client billing operations, including generating and distributing statements, processing account debits and rebates, maintaining accurate billing data, and updating client information in coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities- Generate billing statements according to relevant client billing schedule
- Distribute billing statement to client
- Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts
- Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients
- Work with Data & Reporting team to maintain and clean billing-related data in Portfolio Management system
- Update client billing information when necessary
- Calculating and verification of new clients invoices
- Managing client account receivables
- Bachelor’s or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year experience
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel)
- Portfolio Accounting Software experience preferred
- Experience with custodian interaction preferred
- Detail orientation

- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
